This is a peer-to-peer focused mastermind where the magic comes from the collective wisdom of connecting with other artists.

During each session, every member takes the "hot seat" to tackle their biggest challenge, allowing the group to offer support, accountability, and solutions based on their own creative experiences.

STRUCTURE of each meeting from 10:00am-1:00pm

10:00- 10:15 am: 15 mins of greetings, recaps & news .

Each member gets 25 mins of a timed hot seat (to ensure everyone gets equal time).

That’s 5 mins to bring their issue to the table.

15 mins of feedback, suggestions, examples, brainstorming and asking clarifying questions.

Ending with 5 mins of the hot seat person asking any clarifying questions.

12:45-1:00 pm Each session ends in a 15 minute group discussion and news.

We use a specific framework called the Gestalt Protocol to keep our space judgment-free.

We never use "should" statements. Instead, we share specific, personal stories of what worked (or didn’t!) in our own creative journeys.

This protocol allows us to be vulnerable and grow together without anyone telling you how to run your art practice.

More specifically, here are some key Aspects of Gestalt Protocol:

• Share Experience, Don't Advise: Instead of telling others what to do, share a personal, relevant story of what you did in a similar situation and the outcome.

• Use "I" Statements: Focus on your own feelings and experiences (e.g., "I felt overwhelmed when...") rather than placing judgment on others (e.g., "You are wrong").

• Specific, Not General: Avoid generalizations. Describe specific situations and behaviors.

• Foster Autonomy: By avoiding directives, you allow team members to retain their decision-making power, which increases buy-in and reduces reactance.

• Cultural Application: It is a foundational tool for organizations to encourage vulnerability, personal growth, and accountability without judgment.

Each member will be asked to adhere a "circle of trust" verbal pact to ensure sensitive business details don't leave the room.

Our in-person sessions take place at the Fun-ness Factory: Studio, Located in the historic Triangle Building (2414 Main Street) in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Vancouver.

• The Entrance: Use the small entryway at 2414 Main Street, located on the right side of Rath Art Supplies.

• The Studio: Head up to the 2nd floor, where the building’s offices have been transformed into a hub for artist studios and creative organizations.

• Accessibility: Please note that as a 1947 heritage building, the second-floor studios are currently only accessible by stairs.
